ABOUT THE AUTHOR:            Rajagopalachari was a lawyer, politician, statesman, scholar, speaker and writer. He was the Governor of Bengal for sometime and became the Governor General of India. Education   for India is a part of a convocation   address that was delivered at Madras University in 1948. He reminds the young graduate that freedom means the creation of New values.
